WDG | Architects Engineers provided architectural and engineering services to Nathaniel Phillips for the Sugar Pine multifamily redevelopment project located in LaPlace, LA. The project scope included rezoning eight existing nonconforming lots. Once each application was approved, WDG prepared and submitted separate permit drawings for the renovation of seven existing multifamily buildings plus a single unit within a four-unit building. Each building included four units ranging between 1,200 and 1,700 square feet. Site improvements included relocating overhead utilities to underground, new fencing, the addition of a security gate, new paving and updated landscaping for each building.
