highrise redevelopment 

‍    ‍   New Orleans, Louisiana
WDG | Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
engineering design services for the renovation of the former Holiday
Inn Hotel located on Chef Menteur Highway in New Orleans. The
previously abandoned and graffities hotel has now been trtansformed
into new and modern housing for the community workforce,
such as teachers, police officers, and first responders. The goal for
the property is to lease housing to those who will help maintain and
build out community.

4400 dauphine redevelopment 

‍    ‍   New Orleans, Louisiana
WDG | Engineers is providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing 
engineering design services for the redevelopmeny of NSA EB campus in New Orleans, LA. The redevelopment will consist of converting an abondoned federal building to a multifamily residential complex. Level One will consists of “grey box” spaces for the future tenants. Level two through level six will be a combination of one-bedroom, and three-bed room residential units.

charity hospital redevelopment 

‍    ‍   New Orleans, Louisiana
WDG | Engineers developed the mechanical and electricalengineering requirements for Charity Hospital’s Master Plan. The outcome of the plan was to build a 588-bed hospital in approximately the same location as the current LSU hospital will be built. The plan was then revised to the current configuration after Hurricane Katrina.

2121 Chartres Street renovation 

‍    ‍   New Orleans, Louisiana
WDG | Engineers is providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the redevelopment of 2121 Chartres Street. The historic building was constructed in 1930 and remained vacant for over a decade. 

The project involves redeveloping the former bottling factory into a 47,000 square foot apartment building with a total of forty-one (41) units, a lobby/bar, two (2) pools, and public spaces. Embracing both heritage and innovation, our team is dedicated to breathing new life into this iconic structure, creating a timeless destination for future generations to enjoy. This project is currently under construction and WDG is providing construction administration services.
