WDG | Architects Engineers provided architectural and engineering services for the boathouse located at the New Orleans Municipal Yacht Harbor. Our team worked with the Owner to provide construction drawings for the home that included 2,600 square feet of livable space and 2,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor storage which included a dock and boat slip. One of the main challenges with this project was the installation of new piles in the water between two existing structures that supported the boathouse and would provide stability during future hurricanes.
