WDG | Architects Engineers provided architectural and engineering design services to Iberville Capital for the 5220 Burgundy Renovation project. The project scope will include the renovation of an existing one-story 1,550 square foot shotgun double located within the Historic District of Holy Cross. The renovation also included a bedroom/ bathroom addition to each unit (approximately 650 sf in total). In keeping with historic guidelines, the structure was designed to maintain and restore original architectural features.
